David VanderMeer | Minister of Music and Fine Art Ministries
David has been the Minister of Music and Fine Arts Ministries at Central Presbyterian Church since August 2001.
He is a graduate of Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ and a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Practical Theology (worship concentration), May 2017.
David has conducted and taught at numerous local, area, and national handbell seminars and festivals. He has been conference director and faculty for several Presbyterian Association of Musicians Worship & Music Conferences in Texas, New Mexico, and Montreat, NC.
David served on the National Board of Directors of Handbell Musicians of America from 2003-2008, and is the President-Elect of the Presbyterian Association of Musicians.
At Central, David conducts three handbell choirs; youth, intermediate adult, and advanced adult, as well as the Chancel Choir, and oversees the graded choir program, Liturgical & Visual Arts Ministries, that includes the rotation of art exhibits within the church. Likewise, he participates in weekly worship planning, including monthly Taizé Prayer Service.

Sandra McDonald | Worship, Music & Liturgical Arts Assistant
Sandra served as Associate Pastor at McDonough Presbyterian Church until August 2006, when she joined Central’s staff.
She attended Northwestern University and the University of Florida, where she received a doctoral degree.
After 17 years as a Professor of Mathematics at the University of North Florida, and another 17 years as Assistant Superintendent of Schools in St. Augustine, Florida, Sandra attended Columbia Theological Seminary and was ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament.
She has three children and seven grandchildren, all in Florida, and loves Atlanta and her work in the Worship, Music, and Fine Arts ministries of Central.

Vicki Fey | Organist and Director, Bethlehem Choir
Vicki Fey comes to Central from Bristol, Tennessee, where she and her husband, Steve, have served as Co Directors/ Organists at First Presbyterian Church since 1999.
Vicki is a graduate of Stetson University in Florida as well as the University of North Texas. She is actively involved in local and national church music organizations and has served as the President of the Presbyterian Association of Musicians.
Vicki brings a wealth of experience to her role at Central. In addition to her talents as an organist, accompanist, and bell ringer, Vicki possesses an in-depth understanding of the transformational power that music and liturgy can have within the worship life of a community of faith.
