Sunday Worship | 11 a.m. church sanctuary
Worship is the defining characteristic of Central Presbyterian Church and the wellspring from which all other ministries are nourished. Central’s tradition of strong and vital preaching, rich sacramental life, and renowned music program lead us in offering glory, praise and thanksgiving to God.
Taizé Service | 7 p.m. first Tuesday of each month, October through May, in Rand Chapel
The 45-minute service includes sung prayers, simple, beautiful music, a time of silence, spoken and silent prayers, and opportunity for individual prayer and anointing.
Free parking for this service is available in front of the church on Washington Street.
Lenten Home Worship Services | 7 p.m. various locations
The Ministry of Worship offers informal worship services during the season of Lent in various congregational homes throughout the city.
These evenings, designed by various clergy-affiliate members and friends of Central, include an educational component and close with a short worship service. You may choose to attend one, several, or all.
