Central Presbyterian Church will host our annual All-Church Retreat at the Montreat Conference Center in beautiful western North Carolina September 5 through 7. This is a time to refresh, rejuvenate, and commune with Central friends – new and old.
This year’s theme for the retreat is “Sabbath as Rest & Resistance.” There will also be plenty of time for unstructured fun and relaxation!
Dr. Ryan Bonfiglio, Candler School of Theology, will be our featured speaker.
Like all Central programs, the annual All Church Retreat is designed to be a welcoming experience for all. The Retreat is intended to provide space for connection and community-building, nurturing Central’s congregation and commitment to each other and to God. Cost should not be a barrier to participation. Registration fee waivers are available. Please contact Rev. Kate Culver, Rev. Susan Landrum or Melissa Johnson for more information.
Registration fees include programming, Saturday meals (lunch and evening), and housing. Lodging for adults and youth is available at Reynolds and Winsborough Lodges and the Assembly Inn on the Montreat campus. Georgia Lodge (across from the Montreat playground) has been reserved for families with young children.
